1.测量放线
1. Surveying and setting out
为保证结构尺寸符合设计要求，两侧电缆槽、两侧排水沟与隧道中线的相对尺寸必须按施工图进行，不能随意改变。靠二衬边墙一侧为电力电缆槽，靠隧中一侧为通信电缆槽。测量员根据设计图和施工技术交底要求，单侧每10m放样1组（含2个点）定位点，其中1个点放样至二衬边墙上，为水沟电缆槽顶面标高点；另外1个放样至仰拱填充面上，为水沟电缆槽最外侧侧壁水平位置点，施工中要求隧中到沟槽身外侧净空比设计放大5厘米。采用书面交底和现场技术交底形式将有关资料和测量点位交付现场技术员，领工员及班组长。其具体尺寸如下图1所示：
In order to ensure that the structural dimensions meet the design requirements, the relative dimensions of cable ducts on both sides, drainage ditches on both sides and the tunnel center line must be carried out according to the construction drawings and can not be changed at will. The side near the second lining side wall is the power cable trough, and the side near the tunnel is the communication cable trough. According to the requirements of design drawings and construction technical disclosure, the surveyor sets out a group of positioning points (including 2 points) every 10m on one side, one of which is the elevation point of the top surface of the trench cable trench; the other one is set out to the filling surface of invert arch, which is the horizontal point of the outermost side wall of the trench cable trench. The clearance from the middle of the tunnel to the outside of the trench body is required to be 5 cm larger than the design in construction. In the form of written disclosure and on-site technical disclosure, relevant data and measurement points shall be delivered to on-site technicians, foremen and team leaders. The specific dimensions are shown in Figure 1

2. Chiseling
两侧二衬矮边墙与电缆槽结合面、沟槽身与底座结合面，均必须采用凿毛处理，才能保证后施工的电缆槽壁与矮边墙粘结牢固，不产生裂缝或脱落，从而保证施工质量。因此在电缆槽施工前，采用风镐或短钎将矮边墙与既有混凝土结合面凿毛。凿毛采取整体凿毛，凿毛至露出新鲜的混凝土为止。为了加强局部连接，局部电缆槽壁较薄的部位，根据测量放线，可采取在突变断面位置插植小直径钢筋，加强联结，植筋深度10cm。
