| 电缆槽模具安装注意事项 Cautions for Installation of Cable Channel Mould 随着道路，建筑房产的迅速发展使市政建设工程也越来越多，因此越来越多的电缆槽模具被应用到高速公路，市政的建设当中。安装需要注意的如下所示： With the rapid development of road and building property, more and more municipal construction projects have been built, so more and more cable groove moulds have been applied to highway and municipal construction. Installation should pay attention to the following: 1、安装须知，支撑框的锚固片须牢固定埋入水泥层内；水沟两边的支撑面必须是平整、坚固的。 1. Installation instructions, the anchor pieces of the supporting frame must be firmly embedded in the cement layer; the supporting surfaces on both sides of the ditch must be smooth and firm. 2、建议选择标准尺寸进行设计施工等。 2. It is suggested to select standard size for design and construction. 3、扁钢方向为承重(支撑)方向，按沟(井)宽留出间隙定扁钢长度。 3. The direction of flat steel is bearing (supporting) direction, and the length of flat steel is fixed according to the width of trench (well). 4、按沟(井)长排版，并取符合加工模数的标准板宽，板间留间隙；沟(井)长余下不足1米的部分靠模数定尺寸；根据沟(井)宽及承载要求选定钢格栅板型号。 4. Layout according to the length of trench (well) and take the standard width that meets the processing modulus, leaving clearance between the plates; determine the size of the part less than 1 metre in the length of trench (well) by modulus; select the type of steel grille according to the width of trench (well) and load-bearing requirements. |
